Not sure where to put this but thought I'd make a remark on this regardless.
The current Copyright page is listed below.

Donald, you've put some serious work into XYplorer but none of your key features are registered trademarks? Or have you applied but were rejected? I'm wondering because a regular "trademark" is nothing more than an attempt to prevent brand confusion. It holds no legal weight whatsoever.

Yes, I know. But registered trademarks are simply too expensive. I own one for Fudoku (http://www.fudoku.de/) so I know the prices.

300 Euros for 10 years, lots of paperwork, and waiting for 6 months.

Thanks for the generous offer, but I think I'd rather have the money than then trademark. :)

I think a TM (™) claim should be enough among civilized parties. I try to avoid to invest time or money in lawyers.
