Configuration tweaktool

I search the forum for this wish but no luck. But maybe it's a good idea to create a kind of tweak tool that provides an interface (GUI) for all the tweaks in the config file. Maybe nice for a Pro version addition?

I understand but the problem is that many tweaks require particular refresh routines or even a complete restart of the app. It's not just a 0/1 toggle. Otherwise I would have done this already.
