I already had this idea in 20150129 and did some experiments. It worked 90%, but the last 10% was hard enough to make me postpone it. Maybe it's time to dig it up again.

See also here, where some stranded code of those experiments made trouble:

The "Network" entry vanishes^^ :ninja:

when doing something like this:

loadtree("paper:Dropstack", 1);

Oha, that's a loadtree bug. It also happens with adding normal paths.

How do I delete an entry if the Paper folder doesn't exist ?
I like the new function but added one wrong entry and don't see how I can get rid of it.

1) Tools | List Management | Mini Tree...

2) Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Context Menus | Folder Tree...: Hide Folder from Mini Tree

Configuration | General | Menus, Mouse, Usability | Context Menus | Folder Tree...: Hide Folder from Mini Tree
is set but this doesn't remove that not existing paper folder.
There is no such entry under Tools | List Management | Mini Tree...

After some restarts of XY the illegal entry is gone.

What I would like for the new function is that the paper entries are not only shown in the tree while one is open in the list.
It should be an expandable entry Papers under This PC which then shows all existing Paper folders.
Currently its not working consistent.

Not that I am reporting a bug or anything.
I am just feedbacking that it does not work here at all. In a fresh. Saving Settings. Setting the tweak. Restarting without saving settings. loadtree("paper:Test", 1); Nothing.

You cannot set a tweak in a fresh version (unless you really do a separate fresh installation of course). Only I can. :) And then it works. Even with a non-existing PF called "Test".

Oh? :eh: But when I then open the config file from the restarted fresh version, the tweak *is* set.

EDIT:
Anyway, it also does not work in the normal version.
