ZIP context menu option to extract to other pane

Post by Horst »

I still miss the function to simply extract an archive to the other pane (without making a sub-dir in this pane).
Currently I prefer my 7z based script which does exactly this.
I guess many other users would like such a function.
Its what most 2 pane file managers do while extracting archives.
I guess it should be easy to implement :)

Okay, I guess the "Zip" submenu of the context menu would be a good place for it?

Yes, thats the idea.
Please extract directly into the other pane
don't make a sub-dir named like the archive.

Thanks for implementing this in 21.80.0003
Works perfect with archive types 7z rar and zip.
Tested with WinRAR and 7z as setting for r7;
