Hover Box exploration

Post by CompSystems »

Hello, when displaying the popup list or (Hover Box) I can with the mouse wheel or the cursor up or down, explore vertically. I propose that the course keys (right) mark the first file or folder, in addition the [enter] key enter the folder or execute the file, in this way it would be another option to explore files without the need to double click or similar

Hi Don, I just tried the new HoverBox change (version 21.70.0125) and for me it seems whenever I hit the right arrow key on a highlighted file or folder, the highlighted line jumps to the top of the list. My Config settings for MUSD are for right click on icon in the tree or list. This occurs in the tree and list. It might be even more convenient if you could use the space key in lieu of the right arrow.

OK I misread what CompSystems wanted. I think the word "mark" threw me. We're not really marking, only jumping. I thought you might be actually marking the file or folder such that even if you scrolled away from that marked file or folder, the marked one would be the one executed when hitting enter.

So from what I see, the right arrow key simply jumps to the top of the current scroll position. Home jumps to the very top of the list. So if the list is short (i.e., no scrolling), they are doing the same thing.

Hello
In the navigation tree, when the cursor is placed on the folder icon, the popup window (Hover Box) is displayed, but in the file list when the cursor is placed on the folder icon it shows some properties, while when the cursor is displayed in the name show Hover Box.

I think both parts should show Hover Box when hovering over folder icon
