Custom Event Actions wishes

#1 Add:
Middle click catalog item
Middle click catalog category

#2 I use high DPI for a visual disability and the Custom Event Actions section has a scroll bar, but that scroll bar doesn't work with the mouse wheel, so make it so that works with the mouse wheel.
