Exposing some commands so to assign them shortcuts

Hi Don,
I'm getting faster and faster with the keyboard, but there's a couple of commands I would like to assign a shortcut to, namely those in Configuration > General > Menus, Mouse, Usability > File List.... They are not present in the Customize Keyboard Shortcuts list. Can you add them there please? (and for sake of consistency, even those in Configuration > General > Menus, Mouse, Usability > Folder Tree...)

Most of them are available via scripting.
