No meta-data for FLAC files...

So please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

For what it's worth, I'm running the latest version of XY (as always)

Win 10 supports them out of the box. So yours is what, Win 7? Codecs that support .flac are installed?

(Of course) It's Win 7, no 15 GB keyloggers masking as OS for me. Playing everything via VLC.

Only that all telemetry patches have hit Win 7 as well *sigh*. No codecs, no meta data. Topic closed.

Excuse me, but why should a file manager depend on the absence (or not) of codecs?

If it does, it's not a stand-alone portable application!

And for what it's worth, all of the telemetry "updates" of W7 have not been installed.

Why should applications need to reinvent the wheel?
This all leads to nothing. Topic locked.
