Drag file over folder > opens folder & drag file over tab in another panel

For reference I have both the top and bottom panes open and multiple tabs in each pane.

1.
If I click and drag a file and hover over another tab in the same pane it loads that tab.
However, if I do the same but drag it to the other pane it does not load the tab. It would be great if it did this.

2.
If I drag a file over a folder, it does not open the folder. It would be great if it did. This is functionality that Mac has that Windows Explorer does not. It would be great to have full functionality of this in XYplorer.
