A seperate list for Permant Delete

Another request that arises directly from work.

It would be useful if the program would keep a separate list somewhere of the items that have been subjected to Permanent Delete. Yes, they appear in the Action Log but if the Maximum Entries is set to or near 256 they can be difficult to find even using the Search function.

In addition it would be handy to clear the Action Log and still have a list of the Permanent Deletes that is maintained until emptied by itself.
