File info tips vs HoverBox/Preview
File info tips vs HoverBox/Preview
I am running v20.30. When I checked Folders for HoverBox in File info tips, I could see the preview contents for a folder in the hoverbox. I love this feature, so I don't need to open that folder to check if it is empty or not. However, when I uncheck the option, I can see the file info tips, which contain the metadata for the file, which is also very convenient. So I don't need to press F12 to check the metadata. Is there any way to keep both features? For example, hover the mouse to the file name to show file info tips and hover to the icon to show preview. Or is there another setting somewhere I am overlooking that activates these?

It's easy: To show the other option hold the CTRL key while hovering.
