A summary command of all settings (with values) which have been changed from default

An idea:
It is nice that one can export/save the settings as an ini file. The ::fresh; scripting command is nice too and then one can export those settings also and compare both files in WinMerge or similar. However, would it not be much nicer if there was some kind of comparision summary (possibly including all tweaks) build right into XY?

Granted it would not be too hard to script that oneself. However, with a new version one would always have to make sure that the fresh ini version is still up to date. (Because I don't know how to script the export of a fresh ini file without opening a fresh instance.) Besides, I assume that this could also be of interest for users who are not so much into scripting. What do you think?
