Dark Mode pop ups and matching context menu

I'm not sure if this had been brought up I tried searching for it, seems like it should have though...

Dark mode currently doesn't change the color of the Catalog pop up menus or any of the toolbar popup menus.

The context menu is light themed, even in windows 10 with dark theme turned on which turns the normal system context menu dark.

When working in a really dark room all the unthemed popup menus and context menu cause a lot of blinding flashes which partly defeats a major benefit to dark mode. Last night I actually disabled XYplorer and used windows explore for the better dark mode constancy. It was an awful experience, but worked wonders for my head ache. XD

I'd like to know that too. I've found the admin's answer in "dark theme" from 04 Apr 2019 but it was more about scroll bar and menu bar. I don't actually care that much about those elements unlike context menu which I literally see 100 times a day. Is there any way to invoke that dark Windows Explorer menu instead?
