Light & dark transparency grid

Hello,
when previewing alpha picture, we can choose color of the transparent grid, it's great, but working with different assets could be better again.
For an example, here are 2 different assets :

One of them is light (so for a good preview, I prefer a dark grid) and the other is dark (here, a light grid is better).
Of course, I could use a middle gray color to preview it right, bug gray assets may not be visible.

So, here is my wish :
configure 2 sets of color for a dark and light grid which would be automatically choosed if the average of luminosity of the picture is light or dark.

If autodetection is too complicated, we could have a button to switch grids like this (if you need, psd file is in attachments) :
