Hotlist improve

Presently when i open any thing from the hotlist it opens that in the same tab in which I'm active,what's expected is to open any location from the Hotlist in the tab where it was previously(that location) used.

I disagree, I wouldn't want a selection in hotlist to switch focus to a different tab and change its location - too smart.

Currently,the active tab is been used for hotlist but doing that the active tab's location is changed,so it's wise to open where the location was previously used,this way active tab is not changed

Use Shift+Click (or Shift+Enter) to open a location from the Hotlist in a new tab instead of the current tab.

The current behavior has the advantage that you can choose whether to replace the current tab or not.
