Support new windows 10 compacted(compressed) files

Windows 10 1607+ supported an new file compression option that compresses files using reparse points at a higher compression ratio.
This is achieved using "compact.exe /c /exe:LZX" command

Current xyplorer does not support this kind of compressed files.
It think it is a delight to support these kind of compressed files (shown as compressed or other designation )
It will be also an option to copy these files as is(preserve the compression state of it)
