Live Filter Persistence

I am not sure if I see this correctly, but in 19.40 it seems to me that persistence is not working. I could swear that it was working OK before (and I have been using the live filter persistence option only since recently and was very happy with it).

Can someone please check if it is only me?

Oops, I haven't said the key fact: When switching between tabs! I am convinced that this was also working.

Switching between folders is persistent - you are correct.

But, maybe I have defined some other option in the meantime, that is interfering...

For me it also does not keep between tabs.
From Manual:
"Contrary to normal Visual Filters, however, the Live Filters are transient: They don't persist between
location changes, tab switches, or sessions (but they are internally remembered per tab so you can
toggle them back on, see below).
Each tab internally remembers its last used filter even across sessions."

Oh! Thank you yuyu. I was obviously just skimming the manual and LFB content persistence between tabs illusion just somehow built up.

So, this is then really a wish: Could it optionally be possible to make the content of live filter tabwise global, i.e. persistent across tab switches?

For me switching tabs is mostly a shortcut for switching to special folders (I am using the undocumented TreeRadical) - thats why this would be nice for me.

Well, we already have Global Visual Filters.
