Change Background Color of Toolbar

Would be nifty to have the ability to change the toolbar background color. Thanks for consideration.

Configuration > Open Configuration File...
Search for "ToolbarBackColor=" and voila!

Well, thank you very much!! OK, not to be a beggar, but is there a way to make the address bar background match the toolbar background?
