Breadcrumb bar lower border [Solved]
Breadcrumb bar lower border [Solved]
I was experimenting today with some different color configurations for tab, breadcrumb bar and the list panel. I think a nice blend for all three color components is having the selected tab, breadcrumb bar, and the list pane the same color or even white as shown in the capture below. However, it would be much better looking as far as blending those components if we could eliminate the lower border of the breadcrumb bar as a tweak or option. Any chance for that? I realize that for other color configurations the BC lower border would be desired. I think at some point during BC development you eliminated the upper BC border.
Edit: When I changed "CrumbShowBorder" in XYplorer.ini from "1" to "0", I didn't notice a difference (i.e., a border was still there). Does that mean it's the pane border that I'd like to either remove or possibly make the border the same color as the pane or BC?

You're way ahead, I can already do what I wanted by selecting in Configuration | More Colors | Borders | No border or in the case of the white look picture below, white border (1px) works as well. It's actually has a nice clean uncluttered look to it. Thanks Don.

Have you tried to click on a non-existing path? When the "Location currently not available" appears in the list, the border is back, even with the setting "No border". Do you also think that it is a bug?
Correction: create a folder, enter that folder, switch tab, delete the folder from File explorer, go back to that tab in XY.

Hi LittleBig, I tried what you posted. I received the Location currently not available message but there wasn't a black border you mentioned. My normal white list background changed to a light gray along with the message. I then tried it again with the the setting CrumbShowBorder in XYplorer.ini set to "1" instead of what I had it set to, "0". I did get a border then - all around the pane. It seems to be a small dotted border. Not sure if that's a bug or not.

Yes, you are right. It is a dotted border and I figured out that it is the focus rectangle.
