slow img preview, no slideshow

hi, ..was just checking out xyexplorer, which appears as no alternative to win explorer or adobe bridge to me, because of it's slow image preview and missing slideshow option, neither could i find any thumbnail database options...

Where, floating preview, preview pane, preview tab?
E.g. press F12, switch to the Preview tab. Select one file
to preview it. Post a screenshot of the full! preview pane
(because it shows the time XY needed to load the picture)

and missing slideshow option

E.g.:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14008
viewtopic.php?f=7&t=9784

neither could i find any thumbnail database options...

Menu - Tools - Configuration... - Preview - Thumbnails?
