customizable ::fresh instances

Hey Don, how'd you like to add a bit of flexibility to the ::fresh & ::freshhere commands? It can be very helpful to have certain <xyini> keys get pre-set values.
To give you a rough idea, something like this:

::fresh "Settings\SetListStyleGlobally=0, Layout\ShowNav=0"

But this has a chance to get pretty complicated, so an alternative suggestion would be to pass an ini file containing the changed keys.
