Create/manage pending moves and pending deletes

Hello,

I'd like XYplorer to be able to create and manage pending moves and pending deletions, which are executed with system permissions at boot time. The feature should not only work on files, but also on directory structures. It should also be possible to manage already created pending operations. If it is realizable, pending moves i.e. deletions should also automatically be offered when moving or deleting files with denied access. Since this is potentially risky, the latter feature should be switchable via an option.
