Free placement of UI elements

Hi all

I know that Toad is probably the worst example for a good UI, simply because it's bloat, but one thing I like about it is how UI elements can be moved around.

There are other programs out there which even allow parts of the UI to be undocked from the main window. I kind of like this, because it's intuitive (mostly) and flexible.

No idea which UI framework XYPlorer is based on, but maybe it allows something similar? Just to replace this menue
