[GRANTED]trigger search in dialogs with the find hotkey

I was in the config window. Hit CTRL+F, hoping to trigger "Jump to setting". That sounds like a very good default behavior.

F3 works now, but I can add Ctrl+F, why not. :)

OK great.
By the way 1, by CTRL+F, I actually meant whatever shortcut the user has set for find files.
By the way 2, this should also work in other dialogs with a filter box, such as Tools > List Management's children.

1. IMO Ctrl+F is a standard for general Find. It should not be mixed up with "Find Files".

2. You mean to focus the Filter Box?
