The names of the files, for example, in the NAME field, if they are too long, are displayed as "filename..."

To see the full name one way is to expand (with left click the [NAME] field) to adjust the width of the view, but then requires to re-adjust the previous width

My idea is that if you click on the file name, and holding it and then moving it to the left or right scroll to read the full name, Similar as the toolbar does, When alls icons do not show up or reach

You can simply hover your mouse over the name, and the entire name will be revealed in a tooltip.
