Mouse-only features

There're 2 features that can only be triggered by mouse:
1) Mouse Down Blow Up (MDBU)
2) Info Tip on mouse over

I want to trigger these features by keyboard instead. Is it possible?

Just in case the mouse is not available (I use keyboard a lot).
Anyway, just a minor wish.

I'd rather be able to trigger a script on MDBU...or at least a context menu.
