Allow drive root folders in paper folder

I'd like to use a paper folder as "home tab" with my favorites. Unfortunately, it seems that it is not possible to add a drive's root directory to a paper folder (e.g. "C:\"). Technically, this should be just like any other folder (just "\") on a drive.

Well, drives are totally different beasts than files and folders from the perspective of the file system. They just don't fit together in one list.
