New command: Create Shortcut in Other Pane

Here's a simple request regarding dual panes:

There is currently a "Copy to Other Pane" and "Move to Other Pane" command. I would like to request one more - "Create Shortcut in Other Pane". This should work for both files and folders.

I need to do this all the time, and it's one of the few things I can't do by keyboard in XY.


Alternately, if there's scripting support for this, I'll be perfectly happy with that - but off the top of my head, I don't remember seeing anything that looked like it would work.

Uses highend's code for .lnk creation.
