They were removed a few versions back in favor of the more minimal and cleaner view.
Never fear though because you can get them back by holding Ctrl when clicking on the List of all commands menu item.

Open config file and set HelpListOfCommandsWithIDs to 1. Then you'll always see the IDs.

could you please use more descriptive subjects for your topics?
Like "Missing command ID's in Help->List all commands" or like that.
That would help others to decide if it is worth to enter this thread to read,
and others to find answers to the same question just by browsing the thread subjects.
