Pasting Files From Outlook
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
I added means to locate the error more precisely. Please check out the next beta (v20.60.0007) and post the error again when you get it, thanks!
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
I upgraded to 20.60.0100 and same error. See attached.
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
Thanks, coming closer. I will refine the error message in the next beta. Please post it again when you see it.

Here is an updated screenshot. This is with beta 20.60.0103.
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
Hm, very strange.
I still need the error message again with the next beta (v20.60.0106).

Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
Alright, thanks. Should be fixed in next beta.
It's another question whether the drop works. If not please open a separate thread.

Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
You mean does the file actually get copied even though I get the error? No, it gives the error and when I click OK, nothing is copied.
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
You should not get an error anymore since v20.60.0201. Or do you?
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
i still get the error and nothing is copied over. see new screen shot.
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
Now this is w*e*i*r*d. It's against the law. I can sue this error message.

Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
Okay, I added some debug logging to the next beta (v20.60.0206). This assumes that you drop the stuff to the file list.
After you get the error message please show the debug log using this script command in the XYplorer addess bar:
Then post the lines containing "SAP Drop" .

Code: Select all
dlog;
Re: Pasting Files From Outlook
I tried what you said, but I can't type anything into the address bar until I acknowledge the error. When I click on Close to remove the error message, then type CODE: SELECT ALL, the program comes back with the error below. Maybe you can send some screenshots of what you want me to do in case I am doing something wrong.

Don't type
Select all
, type dlog;
