Shortcut Thumbnails

Sorry I have only know little English, my question: how can I make a shortcut's thumbnail ?
Are you referring to customizing the image on the shortcut?
Right-click the shortcut, then choose "Properties" from the context menu list that appears. Look around for the "Change Icon..." command. If you want your own image for the icon, you'll need an icon editor, such as Greenfish Icon Editor or IcoFX.
