Should I be able to search inside ZIP archives using TV3?
I have tried marking the Archive checkbox on the Attributes (and/or General File Info tab) but neither seem to do it..
These are Windows WinZIP archives I am trying to search in.

If you use ZipMagic's (or StuffIt's) "ZipFolder" option, Windows (and I'm assuming TrackerV3) will access all ".zip" files as subdirectory structures. These Zipfolder subdirectory structures are fully functional within the operating system without unzipping the files. Files can be search, read, modified, deleted, and in all other ways be treated as though the archive file had been unzipped.admin wrote:You'll easily find a tool that can...
Note: ZipMagic is now supported by Allume Software, who is also the maker of StuffIt. (allume.com)
