XYplorer Pro Preview lost on document open

On Windows 7.

1) I click on a PDF and the Preview shows. I double-click (doc opens), and the Preview goes blank.

Any way to prevent this blanking?

Workaround: press F5.

2) I click on a DOC and the Preview shows. I double-click (doc opens), and the Preview goes blank.... and then says "Cannot preview". And F5 does not workaround.

Any remedy?

It's a necessity. Office files won't open while being previewed at the same time.

The fact F5 worksaround indicates blanking on PDF is not necessary.

Then I'd think XYplorer could just suspend the preview during the open operation only, then resume.

Or perhaps preview can't run while an Office file is open.

It might be too radical in some cases, but each PDF viewer is different. Especially Adobe. And each Office version is different. The current way is working well for years. I'll keep it that way.
