1) Anything special about those folders? Can you show the Attr (Attributes) column for them and post the screenshot here?
2) How do the icons look in Windows?
3) Win 11?

Almost all folders. They're all normal folders. They look normal in the windows. Yes, win 11.

One more thing, it seems that the icon display has been paralyzed. C++, Java, jpg, and other formats are not displayed properly, they are all white.

Right-click the Name column header to show it.

Voilà, only folders with R or S attributes get the icon. At least we have a pattern. I cannot explain it though. Did you already reboot Windows? Try it.

Then why did the whole icon system crash? Other icons don't show up either.
