Sort and rename
Sort and rename
When renaming files or folders with Turkish names, an error occurs in uppercase and lowercase letters " ı " and " i ". It happens like this. When the letter "I" is lowercase, "i"; When you capitalize the letter "i", it becomes "I". When you make the uppercase "İ" and "I" lowercase, it does not change and stays the same.

Re: Sort and rename
Here (German Windows) it works like this:
UPPERCASE: ĞŞİı
lowercase: ğşİı
So the two i-letters do not change. Is that as it should be?

Re: Sort and rename
I see. Unfortunately this cannot be fixed. XYplorer uses Windows functions for uppercase and lowercase, and they don't seem to support this feature of Turkish:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/window ... charlowerw
"Note that CharLower always maps uppercase I to lowercase I ("i"), even when the current language is Turkish or Azerbaijani."
It goes on "If you need a function that is linguistically sensitive in this respect, call LCMapString." But currently I have no time to implement this.
