"Script file ...xyi does not contain any valid lines." - I'd like to suggest to formulate that a bit less dramatically, I almost fell from the chair when this hit me the first time. One wrong line is totally sufficient to provoke that message, so maybe it could be changed to
"Script file .. contains at least one invalid line" or "...contains error(s)"

Well, the message comes when no valid lines are returned by the script parser, so it seems correct from that POV. Can you give an example of a reasonably okay script that provokes this message?
