Start batch rename after 4 character.
Example:
IMG_111.jpg
IMG_112.jpg
IMG_113.jpg
Expected results:
IMG_picnic 111.jpg
IMG_picnic 112.jpg
IMG_picnic 113.jpg
Any idea?

By not using batch rename (which is unable to accomplish that) but Search and Replace... or RegExp Rename...
