How to keep tabs not duplicate?

Post by qCXt3 »

For example, I lock a tab "C:\Temp", then I open a folder in it, and then I double click the white space to return to parent path, now there will be two same "C:\Temp" tabs.
So how to reuse the same folder tab?

In Configuration > Tabs and Panes > Tabs make sure "reuse existing tabs when changing the location" is checked. You may also want to have "Lock Home Zone" checked on the right click of that tab. Look in the help file for the difference between "Lock location" and "Lock Home Zone". "Lock home zone" will keep you in the same tab if you are exploring subfolders of that tab.

Define one tab as "Default Tab" (via right-click on tab header). The all those destinations thrown out of locked tabs will end up there.
