Question about shortcuts and numpad

Post by 1024mb »

While I was creating new custom shortcuts I was trying to use:

Code: Select all

Shift + Numpad # (being # any number not the # (hash) key)
But XYplorer didn't detected that, it was detecting it like pressing

Code: Select all

Shift + "numpad key without bloq. num enabled"
For example:

Code: Select all

Shitf + numpad 4
was detected as

Code: Select all

Left
But other combos worked well, like

Code: Select all

Ctrl + numpad # or Alt + numpad #.
Why is it that it can't work with the Shift key?

Interesting discovery. Apparently the SHIFT key has the same function as turning off NUM on the numpad. Useful trick.

But like it or not, there is no way to change this AFAIK. Gotta live with it.
