(On my Win 7 64 machine where i'm still using 20.80.01):
On my computer I have upper & lower panes which have one background color for focused or active panes and a different color for when the opposite pane is focused. Been this way , trouble-free, for thousands of years. But now I have a strange issue where one particular folder - which has a "home" tab on both panes - is apparently stuck in the the "unfocused" background color - regardless if it has focus or not. In other words it's the location - not the tab that's the problem! None of my tabs are locked or set as default.
And i'm baffled.
Any suggestions?
Bizarre pane color problem (updated)
Re: Bizarre pane color problem (updated)
it's hard to say about "old" version, but in such situations easiest advice - try to run fresh copy of XY and check same behaviour there(either make copy of XY to other folder, to run it without current settings, or check ::fresh command). Obviously if didn't happen before and you didn't update for long, smt changed in your settings to lead to behaviour.
