[Solved] Preselection of "New Folder" template name gone?

Hi,

when I create a new folder, the "New Folder" Template name isn't preselected - I think "anymore". Is this a recent change?

I noticed for some weeks now, that I regularly end up with folder names like "New FolderTest" when creating new ones. In my case, creating new folders is completely governed by muscle memory (<CTRL>+<N>, enter name, <ENTER>), hence, I think something has changed here.

Yes, indeed, it's working with a fresh instance. I have to take another look at it.

I have no clue why it is not working with my daily instance. There must an old setting/tweak interfering with it.

Unchecking

- Rename | Exclude file extension from initial selection
- Rename | Hide extensions from rename edit box
- Rename | Show name length while renaming

doesn't cure it. @Don, any idea?
