PFA & Icons

I have setup a PFA for "apld"-files, but it's not shown on the file:

Perhaps an error in the way I've set it up?

What does PFA have to do with how file icons in the status bar look like?

I totally misunderstood when the doc about PFA spoke about "Icons"!

Thanks for clearing that up!
