How to show Back/Forward/Up button in both pane?

I'm using version 20.40, and I don't see the buttons in the red circle in the picture below.
How can I show these buttons?

Switch on "Window/Show Breadcrumb Bar"

I have the breadcrumb bar on, but just don't see the back/forward buttons.

Right click the breadcrumb bar on free space and choose [x] Show Navigation Buttons?
