List:how to expand columns + count thumbnails.

Use XYPlorer as my Stamp Album.
I cannot see where to expand columns in list view
and how may I count thumbnails?
Just a basic user, please use simple directions if possible.

OK, found the auto column width.
Still looking for Thumbnail count.

Thumbnail count? Just count the files?

I vaguely remember you asking about the count before, and at the time it sounded like you may have switched off the status bar, is this menu entry enabled:

Window | Show Status Bar

if it is you should see the count in the bottom left hand side of the XYplorer window, if you select a few files you will see the selected count in the next section of the status bar.

Yay! you smashed it! finally have one of the final queries solved,
I use XYPlorer just for my image database, and when I make subsets, a count is always appreciated.

For example, I may search Mustelidae (Ermines Minks etc &etc) in my 450,000 databse
I need a count to organise a pertinent contact sheet print.

Love XYPlorer, just fabulous.
