How to select the next file using script

How to select the next file in the pane using script?
i.e. Do the same thing as pressing the down arrow.

try sel "+1" Select item 1 position after current; note the quotes (else +1 evaluates to 1)! For information go to SC "sel" in the Help under scripting commands.
