Resizing floating preview?

If you had the floating preview still open when you clicked on the pdf then I'm out of helpful hints.
This works flawlessly here every time.

I have downloaded and installed XYplorer on two Windows 10 computers, one Desktop and one Laptop. These are not the same computers as the machine I mentioned in the above thread.

Jpgs can be viewed fine on both computers using either Preview.

The two installations are otherwise the same, i.e., XYplorer was simply downloaded and installed.

And the logic says: You are probably missing the necessary preview handler on that laptop...

Preview handler is software that could be downloaded?
This is an Intel i5 8th gen HP Elite, so unlikely to be a hardware issue
