Shortcut to Reconnect all mapped drives

Hi there,
How can I have button on my toolbar to Reconnect all Mapped Network Drives?
Currently I have to go to Tools > Tools Special and then click on Reconnect all Mapped Network Drives

Go to Help/List all commands and find the ID of the command you're looking for (#646 for what you're after here).
Create a user button and have it call that command ID.
