The language of the OS is different from the selected language in xyplorer

My PC OS language is Japanese,but i select ChineseSimplified.lng in xylporer,
i hope Simplified Chinese language can be represented Normally ,but Some characters are replaced by '?' character.

Currently the OS language has to be the same as the XYplorer LNG file language with East Asian and some other languages. This restriction will disappear in a future version of XYplorer.
