Not Working - Default File Manager

I have XYPlorer set as the default file manager in the configuration with both check boxes.

When I hit Win + E I get windows explorer. Then when I click on anything in there it opens that folder in XYP.

Any idea why it isn't opening XYP by default?

So it is working as intended, I need an outside tool or registry edit for full integration if I am reading this correctly.
