Run XY with admin rights on USB drives

This probably is simple but I can't seem to run XY with admin rights or with admin rights reading and changing file names on many of my external USB drives.

Show the file permissions of such a file

Right click it, Properties
Security tab
One screenshot per each listed group or user names...
